First. Preparation before starting

1. Check whether the battery voltage is consistent, whether the power is sufficient, and whether the connection of each line of the start-up system is correct and firm.

2. Check the cooling system. Open the cooling water pump and the water inlet valve of the piping system. If the cooling water expansion tank is installed, add cooling water to the specified water level.

3. Check whether the oil level of the engine oil and gear oil of the engine crankcase, governor, gearbox, etc. is on the engraved line, and replenish it to the normal position.

4. Check whether the fuel is sufficient. The number of reserves must meet the shipping requirements.

5. Check that there are no obstacles in each operating part of the engine, and eliminate obstructions.

6. Check and test the flexibility of each control handle, put the throttle handle in the parking position and the gear handle in the neutral position.

7. Turn on the circuit switch, check the circuit condition and the performance of electrical equipment, as well as the sound and light signals and various instrument devices.

8. Check the cleanliness of the engine, the hull and the cabins, and keep the whole ship clean and tidy.

Second. Start the operating procedure

1. Move the throttle handle to the middle speed position, place the gear handle in the neutral position, turn on the circuit switch, press the button, and the engine will start running. (If the push button has not been started within 5-10 seconds, you should release the button immediately, and wait for 1 minute before stopping for a second start. If the engine has not completely stopped, it must not be started again. Each time Start the engine without success after 3 seconds of continuous fuel injection, you should stop the start and perform an inspection. Otherwise, too much oil will accumulate, which will cause the engine cylinder pressure to be too high after starting and cause an explosion.)

2. The start operation must be proficient and quick, and immediately push the throttle control handle to the low-speed (stable) operating position after starting.

3. After the engine is started, pay attention to observe and carefully listen to whether the running sound of each part of the machine is normal. Pay special attention to the operation of the replaced or repaired parts, and check the indication readings of each instrument at the same time. If the inorganic oil pressure or cooling water does not circulate, immediately stop the machine for inspection. The power switch must be turned off during the inspection to prevent accidents caused by carelessness.

4. After the engine is started, everything is normal when the empty car runs at low speed, and it can gradually accelerate and run with load when the temperature rises to the specified value.

5. Low-speed operation combined with the gearbox for reverse and forward shifting tests, and at the same time check the rotation of the shaft system to confirm that it is normal.

Thrid. Navigation rules

1. Navigate and evade strictly in accordance with the "Maritime Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China".

2. Strictly implement the sound and light signal (buzzer: short sound for 1 second, long sound for 4-6 seconds). When leaving the dock, a long sound was made to indicate "I am leaving the berth, and I am going to cross", and to request the attention of incoming ships or nearby ships.

3. Reverse the ship downwind, and the distance between the ship and the ship is 10 meters. The sailing ship keeps on the right, and the distance between the two banks is 15-30 meters depending on the different conditions of the river. The ship-to-ship space should not be less than 20 meters during the voyage.

4. The superships will pass from the port side. Two long and two short horns indicate "I am going to overtake", please pay attention to the other party. Large ships exceed small boats, and the ship-to-ship distance is not less than 30 meters; speedboats are more than 50 meters apart and drive at a slower speed.

5. When the two ships meet each other, they must sound the sirens as soon as possible (a short sound to each other). If the two ships need to approach or tug, they should slow down 20 meters in advance, communicate signals first, and move closer together in the same direction. Damn it.

6. When docking at the dock, make two long horns, and you should approach the shore against the wind to master the angle.

7. Pay attention to unsafe movements of tourists while driving, remind tour guides to promptly dissuade them, and check tourists' life jackets.

8. Keep in touch with the dispatcher at any time so that the ship can be mobilized in a timely and reasonable manner.

9 Must have a high sense of responsibility for safety, do not drive a "hero ship", and sail the ship steadily, smoothly, and slowly.
